Jase Robertson

He's amazing.

And he carves the little gospel symbols into the deer times he makes wedding rings.

And so he gave me this one.

And so he's been tracking my weight loss so he can keep me in check.

He's not the kind of man to do that.

What's ironic about that, Jase, is that I'm surprised he did that because he had the most beautiful public prayers to me of all the people that I've heard pray like that.

But he never wanted to do it.

We would have to say, please pray, do communion or whatever.

He was always reluctant.

Yeah, you know who was at that school, Zach?

The one who will be preparing the crawfish for y'all tomorrow night.

He might have been sitting there.

When Ben was a little kid, he was at that school.

I'm glad he did that.

And I think he probably did it out of his own because he was reluctant about doing things in public because we'd have to twist his arm.

Like you said, Zach, the Bible was always a part of it because we would study the Bible together.

Sometimes we'd have one of the big poombahs.

We'd have Smith or somebody in and teach us something.
