So how hard was the LLC process?

That was easy.

Yeah, it was really easy.

We literally just gave her our information.

She filed it, and like 24, 48 hours we were approved, and we had our name.

Yeah.

Right.

We still had to be approved by like the parish.

That's what they did at the courthouse and things like that.

Like they still had to approve us to open a business to run it on our property.

But like Val said, it would have been, I feel like a few more steps and hurdles if we were having an actual storefront versus being online only.

So that was definitely helpful, you know, being online only.

What is an EIN and why do you need it?

So you get an EIN whenever you file for your LLC, but your EIN is basically like your social security number to your LLC, and you'll use that for just about everything.

And so if you are opening like a boutique, you need a resale license, and you have to submit that to wholesalers to be able to buy wholesale and to get it tax-free.

And you also need it to open up a business bank account.

Yes, you do need it.
