His sort of claim to fame in all of his previous six stops in the National Hockey League is that year one on the job, they always has the big Lavi bounce.

He does a really good job of getting the team into the playoffs and then going on a run, and then it kind of peters out after that.

The shelf life isn't always huge on Lavi, but that first year on the job, he always does a pretty good job historically.
