You have to be prepared as a staff.

This is exceptionally important because if none of those trades materialize, what you're in the business of doing here is, A, yeah, drafting, hoping that these players become Calgary Flames, but B, making sure that the outside value of whoever you draft will get a return later on.

Period.

It's super important.
