And so, you know, question marks about injuries revolve around Edin Dzeko, their star striker, who is at the age of 40 now, but is still, you know, an outstanding striker who can get on the end of things and cause problems for Canada's two central defenders.
So,
Expect to see a lot of extension, a lot of set plays, a lot of one-on-one individual battles from Canada's fullbacks against the wingers of Bosnia.
But also expect them to play a medium to low block.
They're not going to high press.
Canada they're just going to sit off and they're going to make it really difficult for the Canadians to break them down because if you scouted Canada and you watch what where they struggle what they what they have a difficult time doing is breaking down a low block so they don't really have that creativity in the final third and some of the top countries in this tournament will have and that's probably what they're going to see from Bosnia so they need to be prepared for that so
When we look at the pre-tournament games, the warm-up games that they played, it was almost like a carbon copy of what they might expect against Bosnia.
The Ireland game, difficult to break down.
Ireland were very compact in defense, and Canada didn't create a lot of chances.
So for me, what I'm hoping to see today is wide players for Canada.
We're going to take the full back on, get to the byline with Crossman.
I want to see the center forward, two strikers, attacking the bobs.
and at least one of the midfielders and the opposite side midfielder tapping the box.
So getting at least four players into the penalty area to get on the end of those crosses, that's going to be critical for Canada if they're going to score goals today.
