But as a result of that, I thought we got a really nice game.

We got extra minutes out of Nick Hemenia.

Yeah, obviously we get extra minutes out of Malik, but Malik doesn't play the whole time.

And basically, especially in the first half, we use Nick at power forward a number of minutes.

And I thought that lineup worked really, really nicely.

Nick, by the way, had a gorgeous post move.

where he went one-on-one against Nick Davidson, who is 6'10", and a pretty good defender for Clemson.

And Nick gave him a couple fakes and then ended up getting a left-handed layup out of it.

You know, we rarely call on Nick to do that kind of thing.

He's usually just, you know, hanging out on the perimeter to take open threes.

But he's got this in his bag.

And I think, look, this season with Pat and Cam –

The post is kind of occupied.

I suspect, you know, we got a glimpse yesterday at a little bit of what we're going to get next season from Nick Hemenia, where we've seen a lot of the three-point shooting.

And he's hitting threes again yesterday.

We're also going to get a Nick Hemenia who's able to take his man down from outside down into the post and create problems that way.

And one thing I wanted to mention about Nick is that I noticed Brad Brownell.

when Nick first came in the game, was telling his players to hunt Nick on defense.

That Clemson thought, we have a mismatch here.

There were a couple possessions in the first half where Nick's man had the ball, Nick was guarding him, and Brownell was like, literally yelling, clear out, get out, clear out.
