It was a really tough shot.

He was on the move.

He kind of created his own fast break on that play.

It was a play where Duke got a rebound and got it up to Caden, and he just sort of said, no, I'm taking this a little bit faster than the defense is going to get back.

It put us up five points with about three and a half minutes to go.

I felt really good about things at that moment.

And by the way, I should note, after the big three-pointer that he hit in the final minute,

He immediately turned around and had what I think was his best defensive possession of his career.

He absolutely stymied Anderson.

He forced a turnover.

It gave Duke the ball back with a chance to win it.

Now, we'll get into the free throws later on.

But the bottom line was at winning time,

Duke had chances to win because of the play of Caden Boozer.

And he just seemed more confident than he has lately.

He played nearly 20 minutes in this contest and played a lot with C. Foss at the same time.

I'm wondering that may become more and more of a pattern for this Duke team.

And of course, he finishes with 13 points, second most on the team.

This really might have been Caden Boozer's best game in a Duke uniform.

I think that there's a case for that.
