And when I think about leadership, I think about there's an analogy that I gave at, you know, a previous business that I had with a former business partner.
And it was we both have the same destination in mind.

And I use that analogy all the time when I'm working with people and we all want to go to the same place.

When you're, you know, as a business owner and somebody who looks at a problem and in order to solve said problem, you know what?

But as someone who, you know, you've created your law firm, you've created all these different businesses that have sprouted from that law firm.
That's something that I've noticed as well.

What is the importance of leadership and organizational structure within your businesses?
Right.
You're not going to see a $200,000 drop on a house, but they're coming down to a point where it's like, okay, this is a reasonable purchase to make at a 30-year fixed at 6%.
That just makes sense.
And then on top of that, if you're a first time home buyer, you have all sorts of assistance programs that are going to help you out with down payment assistance, things of that nature.
