Like this is my thing and I know how to do this really well.
When I first got my start in filmmaking, I thought I was a one man band.
Yes.
I don't need to try and wear every hat.
I can be the producer, the filmer, the editor, the audio technician, the lighting guy.
Like I think to your point, when you're talking about scaling, the biggest thing that most business owners need to learn to let go of is trying to wear.
I didn't realize until I had been on an actual film set and worked with real directors that I was working the job of like 15 different people.
Of course, you're going to have to wear different hats in your business.
Of course, you're going to have to take on a client that might not be in your direct area of expertise because you don't have somebody to delegate that to at the time.
And charging like
Maybe twelve hundred dollars for it.
But a really good business owner understands that like.
And I was like, all right, we need to restructure.
We need to figure this out.
I have to be able to be the best at my thing and I can find somebody who's the best at this thing and offer their services as well as a part of the package that is my business, right?
What as we as we kind of wrap up here, what advice would you have for somebody who is.
dealing with trauma, or maybe they might not even know that they're dealing with trauma, right?
But they're experiencing the side effects of trauma and they don't know where to go for that help.
What advice would you have for them?
Delegation is just a really big trust exercise.
