I mean, he talks to his dad like he's a dog.

So it's – and then there's another thing where Devereaux is talking to another inmate and is telling the other inmate he's trying to get him to kill one of them.

No, no.

He's in prison.

At this point, he's in the US Marshal's holdover.

But he's talked to another inmate and trying to get him – telling him I can pay you if you can have somebody killed.

And then he's on the phone –

with, I believe, the FBI or DEA, somebody, he's on with the authorities, telling him there's an inmate that came up, approached me about having

some of my co-defendants murdered.

But really, it's Devoroli going to him.

They're both, and then, by the way, when Devoroli's on the phone, the other guy's on the phone.

They're both like, he's like, nah, this guy's trying to get me to kill somebody.

Devoroli's on the phone saying, this guy's saying he's telling me he can have somebody killed.

They're both, you know, he's desperate.

I'm not judging him, trust me.

I'll cut everybody's fucking throat to get out of prison.

There's no hold bar.

I leave no victim.

I mean, they're all victims.

So – but it was no – that's what I read that he was so concerned with because they put the law enforcement agent on the stand.
