In one particular case, and this was told to me by another inmate, this was back in the late 70s, early 80s.
Jim had killed somebody, and there were like four people that were witnesses.
And he was being held in the county jail.
Back then, county jails were not super secure.
So he actually escapes.
This is the kind of thing where like they put you out.
