And sometimes straw men, they also will say like, you obtain the mortgage on this house and I'm going to make the payments.

Like, where it's like, maybe I really am going to live there and make the payments, but you're just, we're just using your credit.

And that's, so it's kind of the same thing.

So that's what they were doing.

They did this to the tune of, I don't know, a few million dollars.

I think there was a, like half a million dollars worth of loss.

Well, when they got in trouble, they came to me and asked me to refinance their house because they knew me.

They own a mortgage company.

One of the brokers used to work for me.

And so I refinanced their house, got them $75,000, gave it to an attorney, and the attorney said, you need to wear a wire against this guy.

You need to cooperate against this guy.

He just got you $75,000 to pay the lawyer.

And they were like, yeah.

And so they said, let's contact the FBI.

They contacted the FBI, which was already indicted.

They'd already indicted them.

And they said, we'll work with – my clients will work with you to get this guy.

Me.

And so they wired up.

We went to lunch.
