And she's just basically, you know, grabbing him by the dick.
It's like a rope.

Your mortgage is going to be about $3,000 to $4,000 in a decent-sized home.
Your cars are about $600 a month, insurance $750 a month each.
You could afford to have that $2,000 to $3,000 a month as that nest that could take care of children.
If you look at the lifetime value of a kid, it costs $400,000 to raise a kid.
That was years ago.
It's probably more now.
It might be close to 600 grand now.
Yeah.
So you got to look at that and say, all right, 600 grand.
The kid's going to be 18.
He's out of the house.
