For a person like myself who's pouring back into my culture, I want to have a world-class view.

So when I'm having these conversations, when I'm doing these speaking engagements, I'm thinking and coming from a world-class level.

So I'm not just giving you this stuff that's just cookie cutter because I feel like I have a voice.

It's like, no, I'm actually going out and doing the work.
