I read.
You should see my office.
It's wallpapered in books.
But until I directed myself down the path,
I didn't truly achieve anything that I would want to start calling legacy stuff.
Am I making an impact?
Am I going to leave an impression on this world that I'll be proud of?
And, you know, it just took me until I was literally in my 30s to really articulate why I'm here, what I'm trying to achieve.
And I could have done it sooner.
The clues were there.
I mean, I tried to write a book when I was 12.
And I backed into it.
I got a writing degree.
I worked in bookstores.
I was an editor.
I did everything but write books.
And then I leap over the fence and it was like a whole new life for me.
So I would just encourage people, make the leap.
