You know, you take all these horses down to the water, but if they don't want to drink, they're not going to drink.
I didn't see, but I heard a guy get beat to death.
And I saw the body get carried out the next morning.
It was weird to me because no one came to help him.
We couldn't.

other bits and pieces I mean I guess the stories are there because they happen you know they didn't just appear from anywhere all the stories that you hear they generally is what goes on but also I had a really good kind of maybe my first sense of really good camaraderie around around
The boys who were, you know, we all trained together, we worked together, we lived together, we looked after each other.
It was amazing, you know.
I loved when I was on the camps.
On a winter morning, underneath Uruapehu, make a nice jug of tea and stand at the door and, you know, you see the mountain appearing.
