To have three guys that were in double digits off the bench, plus an Isaiah Joe that was splashing, had eight points himself.

They run deep.

And so when everybody's hitting from all sides, especially Jalen Williams, the bencher, the big guy to come off with Hartenstein out to play against Wambinyama was key.

They needed that depth.

And, you know, we didn't even mention Aaron Wiggins, who didn't have a spectacular stat line.

I thought he was really good, too, most of the night.

Everybody was going at Wemby, but smart enough to stay away from him when they had to.

But to kick ass in the points in the paint department with a man like that on the other side is important.

So they scored 28 buckets in the paint.

That's a lot of buckets.

40-24 in that third quarter when OKC blew the game open, and I think you said it there.

That was the most the Thunder have looked like the Thunder in a long time, in at least a couple weeks, if you've been watching a lot of their games.

That was the Thunder of old, or the Thunder of earlier this season, that third quarter especially.

And look, the Spurs, I thought the game was over at one point.

Spurs suddenly ripped off like an 11-0 run to get right back into the game, but of course the Thunder did it again.

It was cool to see SGA talking some shit, too.
