There was one guy who kept shooting, Jalen Brunson, and he gave the rest of those guys hope in life to win that game on the road.

I looked at the Spurs, Reg, and it sounds strange to say that the younger team was more tired.

I thought Wemby looked gassed at the end of most of these games.

Anything else stand out?

And the Spurs, as Wemby said, look, we dominated for most of these games, which is true.

They just didn't dominate when they needed to.

But the Spurs lost because of a side from Jalen Brunson.

Yes.

Youth and inexperience.

And I think we were all waiting for this youth and inexperience to show up.

And it just so happened it showed up on the biggest stage in the NBA Finals.

Look, I applaud what the Spurs did for them to go into the defending champ's house in Game 7 and win that ballgame and get a chance to move on.

Maybe that had a little bit to do of fatigue, but I stated on air, I think it was in game five or six when the Knicks were just waiting on who was gonna win that series.

I said, it doesn't matter who wins here in the Western Conference, the Knicks were gonna win.

You could just see how cohesive the Knicks had been playing.

And I think for the Spurs,

As great of talent as Wimby is, Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper, all those guys are great.

And experienced manners.

You know what I would have liked?

Again, we are playing Monday morning quarterback here for the Spurs.
