Like, you know, I was like, I actually used to have my shoulder, I used to put like a wee pad on my shoulder and like get a massage weekly because I thought my shoulder was sore.
But actually, I didn't know it was my breaking neck.
So I didn't know it was my neck.
But at that time, I keep saying, people saying, like, oh, Jane, come off.
And I was like, nah, nah, sore, but I'll carry on.
But that little mindset, like, if I knew how to break a neck, I wouldn't have played.
There's no way I would have played.
But yeah, I could have died if I, you know, I was trying to be manly, but I could have died.
So I think my message is to get to people that don't need to, don't fight as long as rugby's not, like you don't need to die for this game.
Yeah, because obviously when I'm not a trained doctor, I don't know what does that mean, what does that mean?
I'm trying to get it in normal terms.
So, obviously, you need to, I needed to get, I asked so many questions.
I was like, well, like, how do I, because I'm a more trained doctor, like, how do I know that I, like, died, almost died?
And I got told that I was on this Glasgow Kermit scale.
So, it's a scale, 15 being, like, a moderate injury and three being, like, almost dead.
Or two being dead, three almost dead.
