But listen, Rudy did some good things that play at the end of the first quarter where he led the break and set up the Jane McDaniel score.

All good.

But it was 39-23.

Rudy Gobert goes to the bench and that's when they came back.

And I'm not saying they're better without Rudy, but

They just were able to do it really well, and I just don't buy this whole Nikola Jokic was stopped by Rudy Gobert.

I got to defend Rudy Gobert.

There was a couple plays in particular.

You guys went through the ones where he's air-balling threes, Jokic and all that, and missing some left-handed layups, bunnies that he did just botch.

But around the three-minute mark, Jokic was once again one-on-one versus Rudy.

He decides, I'm going to back him down, back him down.

And then he did his spins and spins and spins.

Rudy didn't bite on any of them.

He stayed down.
