You know, it's great for us, you know, seven games.

It's hard on anybody watching, but it's good for our players, our young players to get these experiences and then come through too.

So Newey is a really good story, obviously.

You know, he's been banged up a couple years in a row, and now he's finally healthy and good for him.

Yeah, I mean, I think if you know Suzuki, he's a very humble, quiet guy, and, you know, he's a 100-point guy.

He's emerged as a star player in this league, so it's kind of hard to have a big ego and draw attention to yourself when he's not.

And then, you know, you have Marty behind the bench, who's, you know, a Hall of Fame player, a big personality, and...

he's done a really good job of establishing how we do things and the guys follow along and have a lot of respect for him and want to play for him.

So I think that probably comes through pretty well.

Well, I think we'd be lying back to you to say we knew it was going to work.

The thing about Marty was I knew him, I had history with him, Ken had history with him, and he was willing to come, to be perfectly frank, he was willing to come for basically free for the last three months of the season, and

We were pretty down on the dumps, so the idea of that, to maybe walk in the room and kind of throw some energy into our group, seemed exciting and worth a shot and no downside.

There's always that part of hockey that we knew him well and we knew...

that he had a chance to be successful based on his character, his leadership, his personality.

But, you know, it's been fun to watch.

He's kind of like our team.

He's working at it.

He gets better all the time.

And, you know, he doesn't – he's got no problem admitting when he makes a mistake and learning from it.
