Just so they've got that in the back of the mind and they can kind of formulate an answer, especially if there's an ad break and they've got time to think about what they're going to say.

And, um, you know, the other thing as well is, is, um, I guess the question, question needs to be fairly straightforward too, right?

Because sometimes you get a question, I think a player might get a question, they go, hang on a second, how do I, how do I answer this?

So yeah, keeping it simple, but as I say, if they're unsure, just, just have a chat.

Well, exactly, yeah.

And often it's just speaking to...

Speaking to the game, what worked well, what didn't work so well, they're often the key things that the fans want to hear.

How could the team have performed better?

Was it just brushing up on set piece?

Did defence let the team down?

The player might put their hand up themselves and say, look, I probably had an off day.

So, yeah, it's just thinking about the whole game, really.

I think, best piece of advice...

Best piece of advice is probably something that I've learned over the last couple of years as I've gotten a bit older is that balance is just so important in whatever you do.
