I mean, we've seen, and we saw it in St.

Louis, guys, where Doug Armstrong just basically admitted, like, I did not see Monty available, and I fired my coach because he was available.

Now, you're right.

There has to be, if there's a changing of the guard coming, regardless if that's at the manager position, the coach position, all of it, you name it.

But you might think this guy is going to get grabbed by somebody,

He might think, okay, we've got to be proactive.

If you believe that that's the guy that you want to move forward with.

But you're right.

Does Keith Pelley have experience hiring coaches?

No, he doesn't.

That's the challenge.

And let's not forget, that Jacob Truba is a tough customer.

They've got a few guys that aren't shy.

They've got a young team, and it would be interesting.

Keep in mind, Anaheim's trying to win the division, too.
