I, I appreciate a guy who can get on base 35 plus percent of the time.

And for two years now, that's what Isaac Collins has been doing.

And it's not flashy.

It's not exciting.

It's just consistent.

And, and that, that when you contrast that with Salvador Perez, he's got five home runs this season and, and,

who's had a few moments, but not as many as we've become accustomed to, I will take that consistent guy.

I suppose you need both.

Maybe Michael Massey's a better comparison.

And should Michael Massey be the one who's going to clean it right now, by the way?

I'm saying we have these Massey moments every year.

It's like two-week flashes where it's like, oh, my God.

if this guy can just be consistent, if he can just stay healthy, if we can just bottle the best of Michael Massey, it's a really good player.

But I don't think that the Royals are going to be abandoning Salvador Perez or shifting him significantly further down in the lineup anytime soon.

I think we're stuck with him.

Right now, that feels like for worse, but there will be points, I think, where the for better will show up.
