Yeah, so their foster slugs are a bit of an enigma.
You know, it's kind of shocking that they work as well as they do, in my opinion.
And contrast that to things over on the far right-hand side for rifle barrel shotguns.
I've hunted with the AccuTip and the Federal Trophy Copper shotguns.
And, you know, my opinion, those work pretty damn good.
If you're in an area where you can't use a rifle, you know, out to 125, 150 yards, you don't give up a whole lot, in my opinion, by being restricted as long as you can use a rifled barrel.
Did you happen to get velocity information out of it?
Sabo.
In the business, we call them sabos, not sabots.
There you go.
Okay.
So you could probably get away with using a foster slug in a rifle tube, but don't use a sabo slug in a smoothbore tube.
You will not be happy.
Yeah, yeah.
There's no spin for gyro stability.
There's nothing to peel the sabot open to let the projectile loose, blah, blah, blah.
It's just don't bother.
It's a waste of money.
