They need to penalize late and dirty hits on defenseless try scores.

This is a big bugbear of mine.

Guy scores a try and somebody dives in over the top, hits him with the elbow on the head or lands on the head or whatever.

It's really dangerous.

It's really cowardly.

And I know that the defensive player is always, oh, my momentum, I couldn't stop.
