When you have a company that I would assume now, I don't know, I haven't seen her demographic, but I would assume it's predominantly women.
And I can say, honestly, I was one of these people.
If it didn't affect me, I didn't give a shit.
It just never hit my brain unless it affected me personally.
And that is something that I have to deal with shame over because it's like I...
grew up white community, white, you know, very little experience with other cultures than homogenous white evangelical Christian.
And that taught me it's all about me.
I get to make all the decisions based on what's good for me.
And I don't have to have empathy for other people.
So the lack of empathy that I showed going into, you know,
adulting even after having kids is something that shames me and I feel horrible about it but in my case not that I'm blaming because I myself am to blame I'm an adult and I was an adult when this happened I mean I could blame it on my childhood yeah but for me it was this evangelical thing that it's all about me I'm special I get to be special and every I'm favored kind of thing
Cause it's not always religion because I wouldn't think that she was raised evangelical.
So it's, I think you're a hundred, hundred percent right.
