There were years that were tight.
There were years that were tough.
But even in those years, the principles in the company changed.
Made a lot of money.
Yeah, that's just not true at all.
There may be a fair criticism that when I spoke about Bent Key, I sometimes...
over-emphasized the value of BentKey from a parent's perspective.
But the content at BentKey was made for kids.
You know, if you go back and watch Chip Chilla, I mean, my daughter watches BentKey every single day to this day.
That's her favorite thing to watch.
Most of the programming on BentKey was licensed programming.
Beautiful shows like Billy the Cowboy Hamster, this beautiful French illustration.
And then the shows that we produced original like Chipchilla and A Wonderful Day with Mabel McClay.
These are beautiful, wonderful, entertaining, high-value shows.
Gus Plus Us.
And beauty was a very important factor for us when we were selecting content for Bent Key.
You know, one of the things I love about A Wonderful Day with Mabel McClay is how deliberate the filmmakers, the creators, Ryan and Katie Chase, were about making sure that there weren't too many edits, making sure that it didn't move at the pace and tempo of, like, modern Nickelodeon or something, that it didn't keep kids in an agitated state as they watched it to try to get dopamine feedback out of them.
It met them.
And they got to live in this environment, this beautiful, well-lit, warm environment.
And so, yeah, I think there's a criticism of me and how I talked about the show that's valid.
