Can you sort of bring us up to date on, okay, you're on a base, you see an unknown craft.
A lot of service members have done that.
Intelligence people have done that.
It didn't get them in trouble, didn't get them in a position where you are.
What is it that led you to be on the wrong side of the law kind of a thing with these IC folks?
What got you in trouble?
Is it learning other things other than just seeing that craft or learning inside information about what we would call legacy programs?
So you're talking about hiding things within aerospace companies.
You yourself were hidden inside an aerospace company.
You're working for a government agency, but you're reporting to work at a private company, a big private company every day, right?
That is fair to say, yes.
DOPSER is a process where, say, a witness or say you've been an intelligence guy, worked for CIA or something, you want to write a book.
You have to submit that to a process.
Any agency which has information and programs or assets that are mentioned in that book, you have to go through the DOPSER process.
And all of them get to take a shot at what you write, what you say.
You're not writing a book, but you are being careful about what you can say in public.
Did you have to do that to appear before Congress?
Yes, and it took, we co-wrote a book called Skin Markers at the Pentagon.
