Really?
On, on sponsored athletes and trying to invest more in less players than investing less in more players.
And, you know, for that, for that reason, you got a lot of guys that'll wear different shoes and they're not bound by one company, which makes it fun.
You see what happens when that, you know, when that occurs, Steph Curry right now is the perfect example, right?
He's, he's a sneaker free agent having left under armor.
Now every day you can see him wearing a Shaq Gnosis Reebok, or now he's wearing an Air Jordan.
Um,
He's wearing a Puma.
He'll wear anything now.
And that's, you know, people enjoy that.
So for some, you know, they're missing out on that money they would have got from their sponsorship.
But at the same time, I think they probably enjoy the freedom to wear whatever they want, whenever they want, and a little bit more expression.
We can get it back on the tracks, no problem.
Well, I think guys are more prepared generally in this day and age.
I think gone are the days where players say, hey, I'm going to take three months off and do nothing.
And I think that was probably still partially the mindset in 2009.
So fast forward to 2025, guys don't ever stop training.
They take one or two weeks off at the most.
So they're consistently moving their bodies, working out, gaining speed, strength, as well as functional baseball skills along the way.
