But I think they should also be paid like the military is like you only get paid like the reserves, like you only get paid when you're in session.
Because if you're not here all the time, why are we fucking paying you?
So you get paid the median income but split like the military reserves.
So a weekend of work is considered X amount of days and you get paid for those days.

And you're not allowed to make money anywhere else.
Like while you're in it, you cannot make money anywhere else.
