I think that, you know, just the way that a lot of guys, I guess...
court women or their relationships with women today changed.
The conversations that men have with women today changed.
So it's a lot to do with just, I guess, the era, the timing, you know, guys kind of think it's corny to put on like slow music if a girl comes over now.

It's just a different energy, I think, that the younger audience has with girls now.

Rob Markman So I think I can blame that for why Puff would say R&B is dead is because if you play R&B at a club right now, you're probably going to be playing an old school R&B record to where people are going to kind of groove to that.
If you play a new one, people are like, oh, this is my shit, but...
I'm going to go get a drink.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not the same type of, you know what I mean?
It's just a weird energy now when you hear R&B in a club, which is why I love what Brian is doing with the R&B party.
Because I feel like shit like that is needed.
I think it's dope to have a bunch of guys that you wouldn't think know a lot of R&B records.
