I don't know how much Joe Shane has in terms of input.

These general managers and the scouts put a lot of time and effort into scouting these players.

They know the players better than anybody, and that's why you would keep your GM.

That's why you would keep your scouts on the staff until the draft is over.

It's going to be really interesting to see what happens to Joe Shane after the draft.
