You know, I live, my husband is not a neat freak.
It is literally the only thing we fight about is the mess.
But like there is research that shows that when we are around a lot of clutter, that that can do stuff to our stress level.
So whether it's cleaning out a drawer, cleaning your whole home, I share a specific story in the book about that experience of
decluttering an apartment and rearranging furniture and the effect that it had on my life personally at a certain time.
There is research around that approach.
But also the thing I think I've taken the most, most heat for on this in the spiritual side is, listen, I grew up with Catholicism as a frame of reference, but as a confirmation gift, when I was 14, my mother gave me my first deck of tarot cards.
I've been reading cards for like over 25 years.
And I mentioned there's a chapter in there about
If you find it helpful, like tarot, oracle cards, like these like seeming random things can give you some food for thought.
And it doesn't have to mean anything beyond like your reaction to that card.
But the Amazon reviews are hilarious.
Just how many people had issue with the mention of tarot cards in a book by a dietician.
I'm kind of, I kind of actually love that.
Exactly.
There's something to that.
And yeah, I don't.
And I think with spirit, especially here in the States, like it's it often gets lumped in with religious stuff and spirituality is a more religious thing.
But I think it's also about like that inner fire, like that inner spirit, not just something external.
