Like, a few things to think about in this case.
So, one, you mentioned light.
Yeah.
That could look like if you're eating in front of the television close to night.
That's going to disrupt your body's levels of melatonin, and the brain's going to get kind of confused.
Like, I don't get it.
Is this daytime?
Is this nighttime?
Like, why are we around nighttime?
I don't know what's happening.
And then that can disrupt sleep.
Whether you have a hard time falling asleep or you fall asleep but then end up waking up, again, your body's confused about what time it is.
So that's one piece of the picture.
But then also, too, you know, our body is meant to rest.
And if it's working really, really hard to digest a big meal, that's also going to disrupt circadian rhythm because the body's going to get confused about what it's supposed to be doing at that time.
Yeah, that's an awesome question.
I think it depends on a few things.
I mean, one is what are they snacking on when they wake up at two in the morning?
That's definitely going to impact.
