As I say, we landed in from Washington, which is where we had been since last Sunday.

In terms of recruitment, there's been so much talk about this space over the last wee while with AI being a key player here, not only in terms of people who are looking for jobs using AI to put their CVs together, recruiters using AI to kind of weed out some resumes and CVs, and then also AI taking some jobs.
