So, and I had such a beautiful upbringing and I grew up in Northland on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
And my mum's an amazing cook and made all of these beautiful homemade meals.
But I didn't like my height and I just saw food as a way to kind of change that.
But also I watched so many of the people I love the most in my life.
struggle with their weight and yo-yo diet for years and years and years so I guess that's kind of what piqued my interest in nutrition was all of that kind of background and the cool thing about netball was that you know if you look on a netball court there's tall people there's short people like there's a place for everyone and it's where I kind of felt like I fit and it was when it kind of gave me a safe space which is the really cool thing about sport but also
There's lots of negatives that I'm sure we can talk about that come with that as well.
But yeah, I still don't love it.
We were just talking about genes before.
Genes are never long enough.
There's all of these things, but I now don't want to change it.
And I feel grateful for what it's given me.
Do you have siblings?
I do.
I'm the oldest of three.
So my brother, he's actually played sport as well.
He played professional rugby for many years.
He's only just retired.
And my sister is...
She actually lives in London and she is a weightlifter.
So all quite sporty.
