So hit your refrigerator and your freezer, see what you already have on hand and build your meals for the week based on that.
And chances are, if you have those things on hand already, it's probably something that your family's already familiar with.

the boys or make them feel like, I don't know what mom's trying to feed me all of a sudden.
And then beyond that, sticking with the familiar flavors, the familiar proteins, because then you're not going to have food that goes uneaten.
And it's going to kind of ease that mental load for you worrying about if the kids are actually going to like it or not.
