Next, I've got a money loss but a life win from Sam who said, money loss, we got a rescue cat.
He's cost us over $1,000 in the first two weeks thanks to vet bills and then dry cleaning bills while he's still figuring out the cat litter.
Money win, we had an emergency fund and could comfortably cover the bills.
Our bank accounts are emptier but our hearts are fuller.
She, of course, did pay her pet tax like all good law-abiding citizens.
