Which I think like it's nice to also celebrate spending the money you've saved up.

Because sometimes, you know, you get so you save and you're saving for something and you go, but I don't want to spend it.

We don't need to feel shame.

They're trying to make the second offer look better.

It's such a fine line.

I'm like, I mean, the worst they can say is no.

But then as someone who's sold things on Facebook Marketplace, I'm like, there's nothing more annoying than when something's listed.

Like, it's worth $100.

I've listed it for $30.

And someone's like, will you take five?

But it is a clever tactic if they can't tell that you're related.

The only person I know who has a second house is Victoria.
