And it's nice to see him, his game translate into the playoffs because it wasn't that long ago.
I had serious concerns.
Golden Knights fans had serious concerns, but it wasn't going to, I mean, he, he scored 37 goals this season, led the team last two years.
He's got 72 goals.
It's by far the most on the team, but yeah,
his first 12 playoff games of his career, going back to last season and the one before that, he had one goal and it wasn't just the fact that he hadn't scored.
He wasn't really getting the looks that we're used to seeing him get in the regular season.
And Dorothea isn't the fastest skater.
So it's like, you start to wonder like, okay, when teams start to check harder, when they start to take that time and space away, is he going to be able to generate those, those chances?
And when he does, you know, he'll finish them.
And then,
in that Utah series, you finally started to see him find his game.
You started to see those attributes start to show in the playoffs.
And now he looks like normal Paul Vador if you have every night and, and he's scoring in bunches for him and obviously scored two big ones last night.
Yeah, McNabb's a really important piece to this team.
Last night, they got some huge minutes from
Ben Hutton and Dylan Coughlin, guys that haven't β I mean, Coughlin wasn't even in the lineup a couple games ago, and neither of them have played those types of minutes for this team.
They're on that bottom pair.
Tortorella leans heavily on his top two pairs.
