Definitely, my family was like, we got to push him the most we possibly can. And specifically, my mom pushed me a lot, but my dad definitely pushed me a lot. It was like, you see those dads on documentary shows about a football player or something. Classic sports dad. Classic sports dad that's just like, my son's going to be the best. He's going to be the greatest.

He's going to work harder than everybody. And it was very much that. But I did enjoy it. I loved lacrosse. So I didn't see it as a problem. So it was sort of like... He's inducing that sort of relentless vibe to my life and practice. And then my love for the sport also coming together. It worked very well from a young age. So I saw no problem with it. My mom saw no problem with it.

Maybe there's something more for me, like fitness or doing YouTube.

My dad, his aspiration was to push me in lacrosse and push me to my absolute limits, waking up early for workouts, chugging mass gainer shakes. You got to gain weight. You got to get bigger. You got to be stronger than everybody else. Out there in the rain, the snow, the hail, throwing the ball to me. Where was home for you? Home was New Jersey.
