You've seen it now with the depth that the Panthers certainly have.

Before them, it was the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Even the last two cups, seeing the Oilers survive in the West, when they were able to split up McDavid and Dreisaitl, how tough it was for teams to defend them.

When you get to the PowerPoint different circumstance, you're going to load them up and you're going to have a lot of fun doing that.

But you've got to have multiple lines, multiple players that can take over for stretches of games in those series.

And for Minnesota right now to have not only those three superstars, but you can certainly argue that maybe their most impactful player on a nightly basis is

Because of everything he does as Jewel Erickson, you've got so many different layers of talent on this hockey team.

So I think Bill Guerin is going to sit back.

He's going to let the dust settle and the emotions settle from this incredible run with Team USA.

And then he's got maybe, what do we have, a couple of weeks here until the trade deadline.

And then he's really got to take a long, hard look at what he wants to do.

And I think a lot of us as analysts are torn because we love the one-two punch and goal.

And Jesper Volstead is somebody we do not want to see leave.

And I'll be the first to say I don't want to see that happen.

But I'm just going to sit back and trust Bill Guerin because –

I go back to this every time he's been on Stanley cup teams.

He's been a part of Stanley cup championships as a manager with Pittsburgh.

And now we watch what he did with team USA.

At some point, you just got to trust that this guy and his staff know what they're doing.

And so you put your heart aside and say, if he's going to have to move one of their big pieces, which would likely be the goaltender, then I'm going to let Billy D do what he has to do.
