So pretty impressive to see that kid make that kind of a splash and then have the tournament that she had.

You know, for many stretches during the prelims, I thought she was the American's best player.

So certainly the future is bright for this kid.

She's going to end up being a star at the PWHL level.

Whoever gets her is going to have a wonderful, wonderful hockey player.

Yeah, and I think here in the States, you're going to see everybody kind of rally around that because what we watched last week brought everybody together, right?

Both the women's and the men's game were both so dramatic and so intense that for a while, all of us in this country that have dealt with all this division, right, the left and the right and the politics, especially here in Minnesota, for just –

at least for a day anyway, all that was put aside, and we were all on the same team cheering together.

Bars and restaurants were packed.

TVs were on.

Ratings were up.

And to me, that made it most special because I'm happiest when we're all on the same page, when we're all together.

I don't get into politics.

I know you're a sports girl.

You don't get into that mumbo jumbo.

And I just loved it.

It brought the country together, and I just loved the way it played out, both those games together.

were so intense and so exciting that you almost had to catch your breath.

And that's what you need.

That's what draws us to watching the sports that we love.
