And they found that when it comes to things like depression...
that supervised and group-based exercise programs have a particularly large effect on easing the symptoms of depression, which calls into like the social aspect of exercise, right?
That depression can be eased through social contact and through exercise and putting them together, you get a pronounced effect, especially in young adults and women who just gave birth.

I don't know when they do it, but it sounds like a terrible time for me.
But apparently it will ease your symptoms.
Yeah, it's good for everybody to have community, and it's good for you to do exercise, and it's showing huge effects on, basically, it's a cheap, effective, and easily accessible way to deal with something many, many people deal with.
