I was less shocked when I found out his buyout's not like a $50 million lump sum payment, which some of them are.

So they're going to be able to pay it out over a few years.

And there's been a lot of conversation about this duty to mitigate clause in his buyout, which means that if he gets another job, the money will offset.

But that's pretty standard among college coaching contracts.

Mike, I don't know if Mario's got one of those.

You probably know more contract details than us laypeople, but it's going to be interesting what the appetite is for hiring him at another coaching job, too, because he's also someone that I think a lot of fans of non-Penn State teams
