A big part of your job when you work in Washington, whether you work for a freshman member of Congress or the commander in chief, is to hide some of the more unsavory aspects about them, whatever those are, hide their weaknesses, and insist that there's nothing going, no problems, everything is great. It has certainly for other politicians in the city in the past, meaning they have a proclivity to reelect the same people over and over and over, despite corruption, despite everything falling apart, despite violence. You know, so maybe it'll work for him. I don't know.

I certainly know because I grew up here in New York City, like nobody loves to complain about their local and state leaders. More than liberals in the well, nobody more than this table, but then beyond this table, you know, like liberals in big cities.

Anyway, he was just in Gladiator 2, which was like the most, like, toxically masculine movie ever made. Like, with people just killing each other all over the place for no reason. Terrible acting. So he has, he's like, again, he's just full of it.
