So for example, Ethereum in itself has been for long pushing for a kind of abstraction with a standard called ERC-437.

Unfortunately, this standard didn't pick up the traction or the adoption that we hoped for.

Because of various reasons, like maybe too complex, technically speaking, maybe not enough education from the Ethereum itself.

And so when we started building our infrastructure, it was very tightly coupled with this standard, which, you know, unfortunately delayed us later on when we wanted to be more agnostic to whatever standard that we wanted to implement.

Right.

So, I mean, one of the learnings there is kind of like build infrastructure that can be more modular so that whenever you have to do a product pivot or change some parts of like the scope, you can do it easily.

And so you haven't, you don't have to spend like too much time refactoring and moving and moving pieces there.

So yeah, that would be like a good learning from the technical standpoint.

For like another things that we learned, but not related to OpenForward, but I think like building a startup in general is that the team is everything, right?

Like everything, it's people.

And so as a whole, you need to be very mindful with the hiring.

Yeah, like you need to like just push people to do their best reward, like the people that are doing the best job, give good feedback, like actually just act as a coach to a certain extent.

Right.

And for a first time founder, this part is also like a very, very important and relevant.

And it's something that you just learn by doing.
