It has to go to that address that's on the paperwork. You cannot bring it here, and we can't hand walk it over. Because that was my intention. I wanted to hand walk it over to the Office of Pardons.

I couldn't get a personal visit with him, but I was able to go to a coffee that he had where his staff was there, and I did get to meet him.
