So I rang an ambulance and the ambulance man then talked me through what I needed to do in terms of getting him out of the bed and getting him onto the floor and starting CPR.
And then the ambulance came about seven or eight minutes later.

How did Polly know that something was wrong?
I understand she wasn't even in the same room as you guys when you were sleeping.
No, she doesn't sleep with us, but she sleeps below us, which is the utility room where we live in Northern Ireland.
It's extremely quiet.
And Hannah, you kept Adam alive till the ambulance came.
If it wasn't for Polly and you, Adam, you wouldn't be here now.
That's correct.
That is completely correct.
And there's not a day that goes by where I don't think about that fact.
And I'm forever indebted to the both of them.
And thankfully, I get to tell them and thank them every day.
